Thank you for visiting and shopping Zhoosh Beauty. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days not including the date of purchase. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. You can select your preferred shipping time at checkout. Please carefully consider processing time when selecting desired arrival of shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see remaining shipping time. For security reasons, an adult signature may be required upon delivery on certain orders. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, please contact USPS and arrange to have your order held at a nearby location for pickup. USPS will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
Zhoosh Beauty is not responsible for packages once given to courier including lost or stolen packages. For missing shipment, you will need to file an official claim with the courier as your package is insured and any reimbursement for the items ordered will be given by our insurance providers. Claims resolution time period including reimbursements are subject to the courier. If your package is returned for any reason, you may request to have your order reshipped. Zhoosh Beauty is not responsible for any reshipment fees.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, a representative will contact you via email or phone.
